Clearfield runs one channel, and it is email. Write to hello@getclearfield.co.uk and it reaches the person who produces the reports. There is no contact form on this site, no phone queue, and no sales call waiting at the end of it.

That is deliberate. Everything happens in writing and in your own time, so there is a record of what was asked and what was answered.

What to include

Anything specific is easier to answer than anything general. If you are weighing up a report, it helps to name your company, your website and the competitors you have in mind. If you are asking about the method, ask about the part you doubt - how a figure is traced back to its source, what happens when something cannot be established, or what one section of a report actually looks like.

We do not set a response time for general enquiries, and would rather say so than invent one. Requests about your own personal data are different: those are answered within the time UK GDPR allows, as the privacy notice sets out.

After you have bought a report

If you have already bought a single report, there is nothing else for you to do. It arrives by email within 3 working days of payment, at the address you ordered from, and it covers the competitors you named when you ordered.

If a detail was wrong, or something needs changing before the report is produced, write in and say so. It reaches the person producing it.
